Award Nominees - That's us!
It's not everyday your business is recognised for it's achievements and nominated for an award! So we were very honoured and excited when we received a phone call two weeks ago from the Sue Ryder foundation based in Leeds West Yorkshire, to tell us we had been nominated for an award under the business category for Yorkshire Women of Achievement Awards in association with Sue Ryder and ITV!
As a relatively new business, established officially in 2011, launched early 2012, and built up from scratch by our founder in her dining room with £100!! YES...we said £100! Bag Envy now retails out of business premises based in Leeds and ships to countries all over the world!
We were recognised under the business category for this achievement in growth and we were very excited to attend this event! Of course the occasion screamed super glam...like we need an excuse to glam it up! And of course we attended head-to-toe in Bag Envy!
The day was made up of a 3 course lunch, award ceremony and entertainment. With a handful of categories, there were some amazing nominees and the winners of each category were so worthy, inspirational and well deserving women who have shown outstanding achievements in their own right.
To be nominated and be a runner up under the business category is something we are very proud of and more so to be associated with such an amazing charity.

Celeb Style!
We're all guilty of turning pages of the latest glossy mag or perusing the internet to find our favourite celeb with a most wanted handbag or amazing dress! And why shouldn't we do a style steal, after all there are retailers like ourselves who can make that happen!
Ok, we can't give you the villa in St Tropez or the millions in the bank, but if we can give you a piece of arm candy that makes you feel a million dollars, then that's good enough for us!
This style steal comes from one of our 'Made in chelsea' favourites - Lucy Watson! Lucy's Aztec dress is bang on trend and oozes effortless chic! This festival fashion inspired tunic dress will look amazing will a top knot messy bun and hunters or for a completely different look, glam it up on an evening with killer heels and a matching clutch (as worn by our very own BE stylist last night).
There are so many great things about this dress, let alone the gorgeous neon colour and aztec print, the quality is amazing too! We think this is a perfect dress for summer, versatile for loads of occasions and perfect for packing in your suitcase!
We're teaming ours with a classic black hobo and tassel platforms!
