Royal Wedding Meghan Markle Sparkle

OMG! How amazing was the Royal wedding. It was absolutely stunning, everything from the location to the weather, to the service and the official photographs that followed afterwards, just summed up how gorgeous the day was.

The day was no stranger to beautifully presented high class royals and A list celebs. George and Amal Clooney looked sensational together and Amal was sizzling in a mustard midi dress by Stella McCartney. Of course, David Beckham stole the show, looking dapper wearing shades with Victoria on the crook of his arm, in navy blue and vibrant colour heels.

Whatever your opinions of the best or worst dressed, one thing that was certain was the Meghan Markle sparkle shone through on her day. She looked radiant and stunning, her simple gown was accentuated with her flawless, barely there complexion and we're jealous her skin looks this good.

Here's our top tips to achieve that flawless look and smokey eye...please note tiara is not included!

Firstly, good skin starts from the inside. We know that drinking plenty of water flushes out bad toxins and contributes to good skin, try adding a slice of lemon for a refreshing drink to start your day and make sure you're drinking plenty throughout the day.

Never leave the house without a good moisturiser with a SPF, and this goes without saying in the sun. On holiday we would be wearing a minimum of SPF30 all over, but especially on the face, neck and decolette.

Meghan is late 30's, so we presume she's stepped up her skincare and includes a serum or oil in her routine. A night time oil is perfect for plumping the skin as it repairs itself through the night.

Achieving the barely there look is not as hard as it may appear. Instead of caking on the foundation, opt for a tinted BB cream and pinch your cheeks to create a rosy hue.

Smokey eyes can seem scary business, but it's really not. There's room for error as you can blend and buff mistakes. Start by lining the lid with a flesh toned shadow to cover any imperfections. Next, line the top lid, directly next to the lash line with a gel liner and blend with a smudger or brush to soften. Repeat this process along the bottom lash line and then swipe across the wet line. Smudging across the lower lash line will create a sexy dark haze, don't be afraid! Finally, curl the lashes and finish with a jet black mascara. If you don't feel confident to use black, opt for dark brown for a softer look

Finish with a simple nude gloss or tinted lip balm!

Perfection!
