HOW DO I PAY ON YOUR SITE

You have two options to pay on our site. Once you checkout with us by clicking the checkout button you will be given the option to pay by using either your debit/credit cards or alternatively you can click on the Paypal logo and checkout with your Paypal account. If you are purchasing one item and wish to check out speedily, you can click the Paypal logo, where you will be taken to your Paypal account and will need to log in. Either way you choose to pay, Paypal are our chosen merchant who handle all our UK and International customer transactions, so rest assured your payment details are very secure.
We reserve the right to amend the price of products on our site at any time without notice. Changes will not affect any orders which we have already accepted.
WHEN IS PAYMENT TAKEN FROM MY CARD
At the time you place your order with us, you are purchasing items we physically hold in stock. So before we dispatch your order to you, we ask your bank for immediate authorisation on your card.
DO I NEED TO CREATE A BAG ENVY ACCOUNT
No, you do not need to create an account with us to purchase, you will be given an option to checkout as a guest. However you still need to input your full name, address and email to create your order. You will also be given an option at the end of your checkout process to create an account. If you choose to create an account, which we advise, then shopping with us will be quicker and easier as your details will already be secure on our site.
CHECKOUT WITH MOBILE NUMBER OR EMAIL
If you choose to checkout with your email address you will receive email updates regarding your order. If you checkout with your mobile number, all order updates and notifications will be received by text message.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK
We do ship worldwide from the UK, so it may be possible that your parcel is subject to taxes and duties on arrival at the delivery country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and vary from country to country. If you have any queries regarding charges you must contact your local customs office.
WHAT CURRENCY CAN I PAY IN - DO YOU HAVE A CURRENCY CONVERTOR
At this moment our site only operates in GBP at checkout. However, we do have a currency convertor on the site, that will advise you of an approximate price of the item/s you have chosen, before you officially checkout. Please bear in mind this is an approximate price because different card issuers and Paypal use their own exchange rates at the time the transaction is processed from your card or Paypal account. Please bear in mind your card issuer or Paypal may also apply other charges.
WILL I RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION
Yes, once you have successfully created your order you will receive an automated email confirming the details. Once the item has been processed and shipped you will receive a further email to advise of tracking number details.
All orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day excluding weekends and bank holidays. Our delivery charges vary depending on country of origin.
All orders can be fully tracked on Royal Mail track and trace, once you receive your email shipping update.
All international orders are shipped using fully tracked Airsure, however some countries only offer International Signed For. Where Airsure is not available, the parcel can only be part tracked in the UK.
Our courier aims to deliver to Europe in approx 2-5 working days.
Shipping to the rest of the world in approx 5-7 working days.
But please allow up to 10 days for all international shipping, as other factors outside of our control, could delay your parcel. If your parcel fails to reach you after two weeks, then please email us at email@example.com.

I WANT TO BUY AN ITEM BUT IT SAYS SOLD OUT
Styles do sell out very quickly. If an item has been particularly popular it can be marked as sold out, as we use an automated online inventory. This can happen before we've had chance to re-stock the item. If this is the case we will endeavour to re-stock as soon as possible. In the meantime you can enter your email address on the product page and you will be notified once the item is back in stock.
Sometimes we advertise promotion codes or send them directly to customers. You can enter your promotion code during the checkout process. By clicking apply it will deduct the relevant discount from your product order total, discounts are not applied to postage. Only one voucher code can be used per order. We reserve the right to decline to accept any voucher code that is invalid for your order or that has expired.
