We hope you will be more than satisfied with any product purchased from Bag Envy, but if you wish to return any item/s, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered.
All we ask is that you must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned with all relevant packaging, labels intact and in the condition you received them. We do not sell used products and will therefore not accept any products back with any indication that they have been used, for example tags missing. In such cases, the products will be returned to the purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, we currently do not offer pre-paid returns.
On receipt of your refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item/s so you can track it's journey, as we are not responsible for items that go missing on return to us. Please note, if you are resident in another country and you have paid a customs charge, this will not be refunded by us. Please inform us of the cancellation of the contract in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and give details of the item you wish to return including order number and date purchased.
For hygiene reasons we cannot except refunds or exchanges on earrings.
Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your return and refund.
